ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a self-motivated Implementation Analyst to manage a portfolio of projects that include resources from our customers as well as our Bangalore operations teams. She or he will coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, issue resolution and overall governance. Overall, the successful candidate will work with all teams to ensure the Pramata solution enables the customer’s business objectives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan projects around Pramata’s solutions and delivery method, structured to ensure that the solution enables the desired business outcomes.
- Coordinate all aspects of planning, staffing, communication, issue resolution, governance and project success criteria.
- Report progress to Pramata and Customer executives.
- Facilitate the collaboration of various departments when technical, data, execution, scope, etc. issues arise.
- Manage a portfolio of 1 to 2 mid-size projects, and 2 to 3 small initiatives or enhancements
- Ensure objectives, scope, cost, quality and timing are kept in balance, progressing and converge to the desired outcome.
SKILL SETS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field will enable a candidate to be very successful. Other degrees can be applicable but would need to be supplemented by significant experience.
- 2 to 5 years overall experience, 1+ years of managing large projects that require coordination of multiple project threads and resource types.
- Project experience where data from multiple sources is at the center of the solution. Integration, big data, analytics types of projects will be a plus.
- Loving data will make every day exciting in this role.
- Knowledge of the Quote to Cash Cycles or another adjacent business process is a plus.
- Experience in communicating with and coordinating multiple levels of management, technical and process experts and delivery personnel is a must.
