About the Speaker:

Lloyd Alexander, VP of Strategic Soltuions at Pramata brings twenty years of Contract Management domain expertise to Pramata, most recently with Seal Software where he was Vice President, Contract Strategy, responsible for developing Seal’s Go-to-Market strategy and corporate messaging direction, with a primary focus on sales execution and enablement. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at IBM, including Practice Executive, Enterprise Contract Management, where he worked closely with Fortune 500 companies to replace high-risk, manually-intensive contract management processes with proven, scalable technology that delivered complete risk oversight and revenue/cost optimization while streamlining the end-to-end process. Lloyd holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and a B.A. from Williams College.
