Praful Saklani has deep expertise in the artificial intelligence technologies core to Pramata, and experience in delivering enterprise process solutions to large corporate customers. Prior to co-founding Pramata, he founded and served as CEO of Yatra Corporation, which leveraged artificial intelligence and Internet technologies to optimize travel management processes. Previously, he was co-founder and managing partner of consulting firm, Invotech Systems, and a key executive of Waterhealth International, a social start up focused on bringing affordable drinking water purification solutions to developing countries. He graduated from Swarthmore College, where he received High Honors in economics and political science.
Patrick D. Quirk
Patrick D. Quirk is a proven software leader with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software, research and development, marketing and sales, and global operations. As the CEO of Emptoris, Quirk helped the company win and grow more than 200% in 2.5 years. He was responsible for an organization of 750+ global professionals and oversaw the acquisition by IBM. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President for worldwide sales at GoldenGate Software leading the company to record growth which resulted in its acquisition by Oracle in 2009. Patrick has served as General Manager & Group Vice President of PeopleSoft’s Enterprise Supply Chain Management division. While at PeopleSoft, he led the $1.7 billion acquisition of JD Edwards – the largest software acquisition in ERP history at that time. He also served on the board of Plex Systems for 5 years and helped negotiate its sale to Francisco Partners. Patrick Quirk holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Brice Elliott is a seasoned sales leader with 36 years of experience bringing transformational technologies to market. After a distinguished career at Xerox Corporation, he moved into the software industry in 1988 where he wrote his own sales and CRM tool to help him manage a 17 state territory for Sherpa Corporation. Brice has held senior executive roles with software companies such as ASK/Ingres, i2 Technologies, PeopleSoft and Endeca Technologies. His focus has always been on customer success, leveraging value based approaches to insure customers receive maximum business value for their technology investments. Brice will lead our overall go-to-market strategy, sales and strategic partnerships. He received his degree in Marketing from Millikin University.

Caroline Japic joined Pramata in 2016 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise and is responsible for determining the strategic direction for Pramata’s marketing initiatives. She has a long history of leading high-impact marketing teams and helping companies establish their brands in the marketplace. Previously, she led marketing at Tidemark and Bunchball and held senior marketing roles at Polycom, Hyperion, and Tibco. Caroline graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Jose State University with a B.A. in public relations and an MBA in marketing management from Santa Clara University.

Pedram Abrari is a top technology leader and Silicon Valley veteran with 20+ years of experience in enterprise, cloud, and mobile computing. He joined Pramata from Tidemark, an Enterprise Performance Management company where he served as the VP of Engineering. Previously, Pedram served as CTO & co-founder of Corticon Technologies, an Enterprise Decision Management company. Previously, Pedram joined forces with rock legend Neil Young to help revolutionize the digital music industry. He launched PonoMusic’s Kickstarter campaign, at the time the third most successful crowdfunding campaign in history raising over $6M from 18K backers. With the proceeds, he built a high-resolution music ecosystem on the Salesforce platform including a first-of-its-kind social music store. Pedram started his career in aerospace, developing support systems for NASA’s Space Shuttle program, followed by successful stints at Kaiser Permanente, PeopleMover, Western Asset, and most recently Tidemark. As a seasoned technology leader with proven success in enterprise software companies, Pedram is poised to lead Pramata to the next level in its growth. Pedram has a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA and an M.S. in Computer Science from USC.

Justin Schweisberger joined Pramata in 2008, playing a key role in the evolution of the Pramata’s product innovation. While at Pramata, he’s held a variety of leadership roles on the product, solution consulting, marketing, and operations teams. He has extensive experience guiding large implementations projects in support of retention, post-merger integration, contract risk assessment and business process initiatives. Previously, he was a project manager at the Husch Blackwell law firm, managing due diligence activities around merger and acquisition activities, including Hindalco’s $6 billion acquisition of Novelis. He graduated from Harvard College with an AB in psychology.

Craig Doud, Chief Operating Officer at Pramata, is responsible for all customer operations; implementation, support and customer success. Previously, Craig worked with IBM for 5 years, since Emptoris’ acquisition in 2012. He has a history of quickly moving companies to the next level of valuation, and as the executive responsible for customers, he has a track record of dramatically increasing the customer’s ROI, providing “white glove” success programs for large enterprises and driving valuable innovations. In addition to his work at IBM, Craig has worked for Emptoris as VP of Customer Loyalty, Zyme Solutions, as the VP of New Markets, and E2open, as the VP Sales Consulting. He has a long history of working as a management and sales consultant as well. Craig received an MS in Operations Research at the University of Texas at Austin, and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at California State University-Fullerton.

Lloyd brings twenty years of Contract Management domain expertise to Pramata, most recently with Seal Software where he was Vice President, Contract Strategy, responsible for developing Seal’s Go-to-Market strategy and corporate messaging direction, with a primary focus on sales execution and enablement. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at IBM, including Practice Executive, Enterprise Contract Management, where he worked closely with Fortune 500 companies to replace high-risk, manually-intensive contract management processes with proven, scalable technology that delivered complete risk oversight and revenue/cost optimization while streamlining the end-to-end process. Lloyd holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and a B.A. from Williams College.

Sanjay Paranjape leads Pramata's Solutions Consulting and Value Engineering teams which partner with the sales teams to ensure that Pramata's capabilities are optimally configured and the business value to customers is realized. Sanjay previously worked with business software companies like i2 Technologies, SAP, and E2open, and brings extensive consulting and deployment experience delivering high value solutions to industry-leading corporations such as Boeing, Hitachi, HPE, McKesson, Panasonic, Sony, among others. Having started his career as a Design Engineer at Hitachi in Japan, Sanjay is a Japanophile and a fluent Japanese speaker. Mr. Paranjape holds an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University and a BSME from University of Pune.
GENERAL COUNSEL AND CORPORATE SECRETARY
David Munn has an extensive working knowledge of the challenges associated with managing complex enterprise customer contracts. Prior to joining Pramata, he led legal department initiatives focused on improving contracts processes and technologies for business intelligence and enterprise decision management software company FICO. Previously, he was General Counsel of building products manufacturer Pella Corporation. He is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM). He is a graduate of Yale Law School and has a degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University.
HEAD OF INDIA OPERATIONS
Sylvia Menezes, who joined Pramata in 2007, is a core team member of the Customer Operations Group, working closely with the engineering and customer operations group to develop and refine data extraction and review processes. An attorney by training, she has deep insight into customer requirements and how contractual information can be used to greatest value, and is focused on building repeatable processes that ensure accuracy, completeness and contribute to customer satisfaction. Previously, she worked with Fidelity Investments and Xcitecorp Private Limited. She received Bachelor of Academic Law and Bachelor of Law degrees from Mangalore University.

GP Ravikumar has served as Pramata’s Director of India Operations since 2008, working to deliver the Pramata Customer Intelligence Solution. Previously, he was Head of Operations at finEye Software, India Program Manager at Sun Microsystems, COO at Bangalore Technological Innovations and COO and Vice President of Operations for Srujana Technology (now Globaledge Software). He is keenly interested in education, having co-founded and managed a residential school near Bangalore. He holds an M.S. in computer science from North Carolina State University and a M.Sc. in statistics from Bangalore University.
