About the Speakers:

Praful Saklani, Co-Founder and CEO of Pramata has deep expertise in the artificial intelligence technologies core to Pramata, and experience in delivering enterprise process solutions to large corporate customers.  Prior to co-founding Pramata, he founded and served as CEO of Yatra Corporation, which leveraged artificial intelligence and Internet technologies to optimize travel management processes.  Previously, he was co-founder and managing partner of consulting firm, Invotech Systems, and a key executive of Waterhealth International, a social start up focused on bringing affordable drinking water purification solutions to developing countries. He graduated from Swarthmore College, where he received High Honors in economics and political science.


Lisa Seim, Principal at Strategic Exchanges has traded and sold treasury products for various financial institutions in Austria, Germany and NYC in the mid 80s and 90s. Lisa decided to establish Strategic Exchanges to help financial firms navigate through this new and very difficult path of managing risk and achieving transparency. Her consortium members currently comprise of data, research and analytics companies, aggregation services and applications, trade surveillance systems, clearing house services, legal services around financial technology applications, collateral and liquidity managements systems along with lightweight, web-based portfolio management solutions. Lisa completed the equivalent of a masters degree in International Law & Finance in Vienna, Austria and continues to stay on top of the global regulatory mandates and its impact on the financial industry.


George Bollenbacher, Head of Regulatory and Market Evolution Practice at Capital Market Advisors specializes in the implementation of derivatives and banking reform. He spent twenty years as a bond trader and ten years in the technology business. For the last fifteen years he has assisted many banks, asset managers and custodians in implementing process and technology changes. He is the author of The Professional's Guide to the US Government Securities Market and The New Business of Banking.
