About the Role

At Pramata we are re-imagining our value delivery through our next generation web application. We would like to leverage your knowledge of user interface design to deliver an enterprise experience that you are proud to put your name on. As the first gem in our UI team you will be a part of the Product organisation at Pramata. You will work closely with the Product Manager to create a compelling and value focused design system for our next-gen customer facing application. Your attention for detail, strong visual curiosity & creativity, and a gift of speed is what we are after. You are aware of UI standards, trends and systems. You are both analytical and abstract in your thinking. You are stress-resistant and hungry to solve complex UI/UX challenges each day.

More about how you'll spend your day:

  • Synthesizing the product objectives into streamlined plans of action
  • Building a design system from scratch for the application
  • Translating wireframes & user-flows into multiple interface design options
  • Brainstorming and iterating on interface options
  • Delivering interface design specifications that enable product development
  • Setting up a design repository & library for the new application
  • Thinking, drawing, striking out, thinking, sketching, thinking, brainstorming!

More about how you'll spend your day:

  • An amazing portfolio of existing work showcasing your skills of clean design
  • A minimum of 2-3 existing enterprise application designs (portfolio should be shared), preferably desktop
  • A minimum of 6 years of design experience in the web application industry
  • A very strong understanding of human interface design principles
  • Advanced to expert level skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
  • Ability to negotiate scope, schedule, tradeoffs with team members
  • A love for minimalist, modern, flat design.
  • Worked or built a design system a big bonus!
