Yes! We understand how critical having a complete set of documents is to gain accurate visibility into your relationships. That’s why Pramata handles both legacy (historical) contracts, and we also intake all new transactions (contracts, amendments, and orders). So your Contract Repository is always current and up to date with a complete set of documentation and data.

No, metadata is not required. However, any metadata that allows the identification of a document by customer name, CRM Account ID, Segment, Region, Contract Owner, or other similar information may be sent to Pramata along with the documents.

All you need to do is upload your legacy contractual documents. It’s that simple. Once we receive a set of documents, our customers begin seeing value in as little as 15 days, and have complete contract visibility and access in around 30-60 days, including legacy contract migration.

You will also be assigned a dedicated Project Manager, at no additional charge, to manage the entire onboarding and deployment process.

No! Pramata requires no additional resourcing, data entry, or manual quality checks from our customers. Our integrated team of attorneys and data scientists is the secret to making contract AI effortless.

Documents can be transferred to Pramata via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or via a secure web based upload interface that Pramata would set up specifically for your organization. If documents are currently stored in a legacy system and not easily downloadable, you can also leverage our API.

Pramata looks for 80+ different data points from every contractual document, including the most standard items such as:

  • Effective Date

  • Title 

  • Account Name 

  • End Date
  • Non-Renewal Notice Date

  • Contract Status

  • Legal, Financial, and Operational obligations that can be buried inside of contracts (such as Limitation of Liability, Assignment, Price Increase, Offshore Restrictions). 

Regardless of whether the obligation is standard language or negotiated, or it’s buried inside a footnote on Page 45, Pramata’s unique approach finds and classifies these concepts with 99%+ accuracy.

Yes! Our customers are alerted in advance via email of upcoming renewals or expirations. Since our Effortless Contract AI technology calculates the Non-Renewal Notice Date for every contract, alerts are proactively sent in advance of this date vs. the Renewal / Expiration Date so you can proactively engage your customers and never miss a renewal.

Yes! It’s as simple as one click to see all the contracts that are renewing/expiring across your entire customer portfolio. Reports can be customized to look for renewals or expirations by a specific date range or based on other criteria (such as fixed-term contracts vs. auto-renewing contracts).
