Prior to being named Vice President of Strategic Solutions and Alliances, Derman led customer success programs at Salesforce and IBM.

Early in my career, I realized a fundamental principle: when visionary innovation, strong leadership, and practical business strategies align harmoniously, magic happens. I’ve spent most of my career helping organizations navigate this elusive balance, and guiding executives towards creating solutions that not only drive profits, but genuinely improve the lives of their employees and customers. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to partner with some of the largest companies in the world on their most strategic transformations, and this journey has taken me onsite to China, Korea, Africa, Europe, South America, and many other places globally, 

Before joining Pramata, I led full-cycle customer success programs at Salesforce, working with Fortune 100 customers and partners to help maximize their investment in the platform. My goal was to connect the technology to use cases that added measurable value for Salesforce’s biggest customers, and then demonstrate on both a quantitative and qualitative level the impact and value realized. 

Every role comes with its own challenges, and it was always so gratifying when technology implementations helped uncover hidden opportunities that drove serious results.
