Pramata is looking for a Content Marketing Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience and a strong background in B2B/AI technology marketing to create, manage and optimize integrated campaigns across channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who thrives on collaboration, has a strong creative and analytical mindset, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, blends creativity with analytics, and understands persona-based marketing in the competitive B2B/AI contract management technology world. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, being comfortable with self-directed work, and a willingness to be hands on and learn various Marketing tools and functions as necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of executing our marketing strategy as Pramata continues its rapid growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email and social channels to align with brand and business goals.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategy including inbound, nurture, and promotion with audience segmentation.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and potentially others.
- Partner with Brand, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to align promotions and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze performance on campaign results.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Collaborate with RevOps to improve marketing reporting in both Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Director & Director of Demand Generation to manage cross-functional initiatives and oversee campaign execution from start to finish.
What You Bring:
- B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B/Tech content marketing role
- 1+ years of experience in the Contract Management/Legal Tech Industry is preferred
- Proven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings a plus
- Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing email and social campaigns or projects
- Experience writing landing pages, emails, ads and more
- Understand full funnel marketing and how different marketing channels & tactics work together to drive a prospect through to conversion
- Proficiency with: Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), Google suite, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, WordPress, Adobe, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust execution accordingly
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and decision-making skills
