Job Summary
The Director of Finance Operations is responsible for managing financial operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as well as optimizing key core business systems to integrate key operational disciplines and metrics throughout the business. This new and critical role at Pramata requires a hands-on, collaborative leader to work closely with the CEO, executive leaders and accounting team to ensure accurate historical reporting and executive scorecard data as well as help support future strategic planning.
The Director of Finance Operations will also work closely with Pramata’s Sales Executive team in supporting revenue operations including CRM design and reporting, accurate forecasting of new and renewal/expansion bookings, and helping implement the next generation Pramata “deal desk” (policies and processes).
The idea candidate is a strategic, operational finance leader with proven accounting experience and strong analytical skills. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded, having experience in venture capital or PE back fast growing technology businesses (preferably similarly staged SaaS business). This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant efficiency and impact across the business for a business entering its next exciting phase of rapid growth.
Preferred Experience
- At least 5 years of proven accomplishments and impact working in an early stage, high growth SaaS B2B company required.
- Hard earned knowledge of best practices and strong business processes around accounting, finance and operations in a fast paced environment.
- Data and systems driven. Multi-dimensional thinker who understands key database design and quality to be able to pivot and drill into business insights.
- Experience with key accounting, finance, CRM (Salesforce) and reporting systems.
- Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement or related industry knowledge Is a plus not a requirement.
- Proven collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker and entrepreneurial spirit.
